A. The client tells the EFT practitioner what aspect of their life they would like to work on and gives examples of situations that may be upsetting them in their life. The EFT practitioner uses statements and taps on the acupressure points of their body and the client follows by saying the statements whilst they are tapping on their own body (the acupressure points are around the face and around the upper part of the body). Once the client taps out the negative emotion they feel a sense of relief as it clears out the emotion of a particular event out of the clients body memory.
Q.Is EFT permanent?
A. Yes EFT is permanent
Q.Does the practitioner touch the client?
A. Not at all. The client sits on a chair opposite the EFT practitioner & simply follows the instructions.
Q.Why is it important to get to a place of self acceptance and that of others?
A.Because these are the emotional blocks called resistors and they stop you from flowing with life and create stress because for ever and a day you will attract people or relationships that constantly cause you emotional pain and dramas. So if you have lots of resistors you cannot attract anything in your life e.g. work or relationships let alone a happiness in these areas.
Q. Why do you have to reach self acceptance to reach your financial goals?
A.With EFT and NLP we are able to reprogram your mind. For example you earn what you believe you are worth. With EFT we can eliminate old belief systems around money and what you are worth through the subconscious mind. Sometimes people may have lost money through investments that went wrong or money has always been a struggle. EFT clears out any negativity you may have experienced about money or investments so that you stop sabotaging yourself.
Q. Why is the work on relationships so important?
A. It is important to resolve how you feel about any relationship past or present as this is what stops us from creating harmonious ones at work and at home. It also creates the belief system around who we are based on the programming you received throughout your childhood.
Unresolved emotions can cause certain illness. According to author Louise L. Hay (one of her well known books...You can Heal Your Life ) explains how unresolved emotions and beliefs are often the cause of illness.
Author of The Body Is The Barometer of the Soul-Annette Noontil, explains the connection between physical illness and the emotions.
